Return & Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Easylfe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds on our platform.
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Some products may have specific return conditions, which will be indicated on the product page.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us
Email us at contact@easylfe.com with your order number and reason for return
Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number
Ship Item Back
Package the item securely and ship it to the address we provide
Please do not send your return without first contacting us and receiving a return authorization number. Returns without this number may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns that are not due to our error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@easylfe.com.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
To exchange a defective or damaged item, email us at contact@easylfe.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.
8. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or not as described.
9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
